King Krovanh gives Moody and Nolen early double

By Adrian Dunn TVN Wednesday, December 12, 2012 - 2:42 PM

PETER Moody and stable jockey Luke Nolen posted an early double when King Krovanah won the Legatee Ron Foskett Plate (1800 m) at Caulfield.

It followed Moody’s success with impressive two-year-old winner Kiss A Rose.

Just like Kiss A Rose, King Krovanagh extracted himself from a potentially awkward position to win well.

Nolen predicted King Krovanh has considerable upside and forecast that the three-year-old was better than a summer class horse and
could stretch out beyond today’s distance.

King Krovanh, the $1.70 favourite, scored by three-quarters of a length from Digitalism, $5, with an identical margin to Cooldini, $6.50,
third.
