DANNY Nikolic's appearance before the RAD Board has been postponed until Wednesday.
Nikolic was scheduled to re-appear on Monday to have an appeal heard against the Racing Victoria stewards decision to stand him down indefinitely.
The RAD Board is also to hear two charges brought by RVL stewards following a confrontation with chief steward Terry Bailey at Seymour races earlier this monrth.
The charges revolve around alleged improper action as well as alleged conduct prejudicial to the image,interest or welfare of racing.
Bailey alleged that Nikolic threatened him at Seymour races. Nikolic denies the accusation.
RAD Board deputy chairman Brian Forrest will return on the weekend from an overseas trip. He is likely to be joined by Jeremy Rosenthal and Steve Curtain.
Forrest will chair the hearing after RAD Board chairman Judge Russell Lewis agreed to a proposal from Nikolic's legal representatives that a new three person panel hear the appeal and charges.
Judge Lewis ruled against Nikolic's initial application that the RVL steward's decision to stand him down indefinitely.
